Mustard seeds are small

God uses small things for his Mighty purpose all the time. Throughout the Bible, you see seemingly insignificant things such as a staff, a jawbone, or a stone be used for mighty purposes. Jesus illustrates how something very small can do great things when faith is involved when he explains the power of the mustard seed.

"The Kingdom of Heaven is like a mustard seed planted in a field. It is the smallest of all seeds, but it becomes the largest of garden plants; it grows into a tree, and birds come and make nests in its branches.” Matthew‬ ‭13:31-32‬ ‭NLT‬‬

This year, our mission team is a small group of 7. We are still set up to build a house for a family while in Honduras.  7 is a small number, but I pray that God plants a mustard seed for this family, their neighborhood and Honduras by using us. May God make our backs strong, our hearts full of love, and the logistics of the project be kind.
